so it has been a while, and while i can sit here and write a thousand excuses for the long absence, the simple truth is that life happened. and when life happens sometimes you have to decide what you can and cannot focus on in order to survive. in a midst of navigating my way through passport issues, work visas, and expreme budget challenges, and strained friendships, something had to go. i definitely had no focus for blogging.

in my time away, i moved to three different countries, had four different jobs, and somehow managed to get my life back on track... more or less. currently, i reside in mexico city, 7,000 feet on top a mountain. while it's not perfect, so far so good. more tacos and mezcal for me.
