i loveeee booties. they're like boots, but better. with sky high heels (real divas wear heels!) tapered just right, the bootie is the shoe that makes me feel like i have tina turner legs! you cant help but STRUT your stuff in a pair of sexy booties. there's no other way to walk in them. from suede to leather, patterned to sleek, there's a bootie out there for everyone.

while i already own three, i figure one more can't hurt. i'm about to get me that ostrich leather pair in the look above. thats right. you didn't mis-read. OSTRICH. croc is so last decade! and even better, all the shoes above are under $100USD. 

so before the weather turns, go get your self a new pair of booties, and strut your stuff like you own the runway. snow? steupesssss...snow who!?

 side note : a friend brought it to my attention that people  who live in tropical climates have taken to wearing boots and booties - let me be clear, winter boots/booties- like fur or fleece lined shoes. this. is. dumb. please don't. if you have the fortune of living in a warm climate, and love booties, there are booties for your climate! peep toe booties, booties with ventilation and openings.. the list is as long as the nile. daymn.. there's even a couple in the look above!  why you would want to torture yourself with HOT (sweaty hot) shoes that will only smell terrible and probably give you toejam (this is a west indian term and i dont know what it is in "regular" english) is beyond me. just STOP. that is all.
